A thought for all of you who might still be feeding processed dry products (kibble/biscuits) to their kitties.
Second only to oxygen, water is the most important requirement for life. Cats are designed to get their water through their diet and are ridiculously inefficient at lapping it up.
Something like 80% of US cat owners feed their kitties processed dry products.
Urinary tract and bladder disease was the number one reason cats required veterinarian care in 2004. And in 2005. And in EVERY SINGLE YEAR since.
And the most common killer of domestic cats? Kidney failure.
Is something so critical really something you want to mess with?
Switch to canned or, better yet, ditch processed products all together and start offering your kitties fresh, whole foods.
My kitties are worth the extra attention, aren’t yours?
